Shipping Policy

Do you ship to my location?

We ship throughout India to over 26,000 pincodes.

How soon after placing my order, is it processed and shipped out?

All orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Until when can I cancel my order?

We, under any circumstances, don’t accept any cancellation requests once we dispatch the order from our side or if the cancellation request is received after 24 hours of placing the order.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Deliveries to most parts of India happen within 2-5 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

 

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders and charge a nominal ₹25 cash on delivery handling fee on all cash on delivery orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@snapclean.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cancellation policy:

You need to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing them, as we ship the orders within 12 hours. To cancel the order, you can email us at care@snapclean.com or whatsapp us Number between 9 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Saturday). We would cancel the products from our end. Once the order is cancelled, you will receive an SMS confirming your cancellation. Please note, the orders would not be cancelled post 12 hours of receiving the orders.


 

Return & Refund Policy:

We have a hassle-free return policy if you are dissatisfied with the product. The package should be intact and the product should not be used. In case you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect product, you can email us with an image or video of the product and we will process your return request.

What do I need to do to return a product?
To return the product, check the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page where you may call our customer care representatives or email us at care@snapclean.com or whatsapp us on Number. We have a 7-day return policy and it starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our warehouse, subject to product inspection.

Note: Liquid items are not eligible for return. In case of liquid item getting damaged during transit, we will replace such items upon providing video and image proof.
